With over 14 years of experience in the broadcast media industry, Jason Smith has had the privilege of shaping impactful content from behind the scenes and on the front lines of production. Over a dynamic five-year stretch, he was instrumental in launching four original television shows on Victory Channel, helping bring creative vision to life and building production workflows from the ground up.

As the Senior Producer for FlashPoint, Jason worked alongside host Gene Bailey to lead the show’s editorial direction and oversee its growth into an internationally recognized voice on faith, culture, and current events.

After stepping away from FlashPoint in May of 2025, Jason felt a clear calling to step into a new season of purpose-driven media. Launching The Power Source Podcast and YouTube channel was a strategic decision rooted in a desire to create content that speaks boldly to faith, culture, and truth. This wasn’t just a new project, it was a mandate to help people stay plugged into their true power source: Jesus Christ.
